Welcome to YCBL Foundation. Since we are a non-profit organization focused on charitable activities and donation collection, our shipping policy primarily covers the delivery of donation receipts, certificates, and occasional symbolic tokens.
For every contribution made through our official website, a digital receipt will be generated and sent to your registered email address within 24 to 72 hours of the successful transaction.
Donors eligible for tax exemptions in India will receive their 80G certificates digitally via email. Please allow up to 15 business days for the processing and issuance of these certificates.
In cases where physical kits, appreciation certificates, or merchandise are sent to donors:
Currently, YCBL Foundation only ships physical items within India. International donors will receive all acknowledgments and tax-related documents exclusively in digital format via email.
It is the donor's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact number. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect information provided at the time of donation.
